Specific Need

Locker Room Renovations

The current St. Xavier School locker rooms were originally built in the 1960's. The goal of this renovation project is to update these facilities making them functional for both school and parish events.  Improvements include plumbing, updated lighting, individual water temperature regulators for showers, sinks, and water fountains, as well as new flooring, painting, and installation of restroom and shower privacy stalls. In addition, the ceiling will be lowered and individual heating/AC units will be installed.

Phase 1- Renovation of girl's locker room- Total Cost: $206,121

Phase 2- Renovation of boy's locker room- Total Cost: $212,538
