Specific Need

Funds raised at the Geary Community Match Day will go towards the purchase of  up to (5) cardiac monitors for our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.

This past May, we held our First Derby Day in the Flint Hills event and the money raised at that event went toward equipment for our transition into a Phase 3 Cardiac Rehab facility.  This step up now allows our patients to stay much closer to home as they continue their journey of rehabilitation from a Cardiac event.  These monitors will help increase the effectiveness of their treatment and inhance our patient experience and success.  We have raised approximately $10,000.00 of the $24000.00 needed.

Stormont Vail is committed to investing in the long-term success of the Flint Hills Campus.  However, because there are significant equipment needs - both replacement and new - the Stormont Vail Foundation has committed to fundraise for equipment needs to stretch budgeted funds.
