Welcome to St. John's

Established in 1859, we are the oldest church in Junction City. Its congregation comprises a diverse array of individuals, spanning various age groups and backgrounds. The church’s membership includes individuals with an Episcopal upbringing and those from diverse faith traditions and geographical locations. Each member is valued and contributes meaningfully to the church’s communal fabric.

Looking for a tasty meal and friendly company? Then join us every Tuesday for Covenant’s free Community Dinner. Our amazing volunteers will be dishing up delicious meals, fresh fruits, and mouth-watering desserts. Check our Facebook page for what is being served. 

Can’t wait to see you there! Meals are served in the Covenant parish hall at 5:30. You can enter the parish hall from Adams Street. Plenty of parking is available in the church parking lot or on Adams Street.

• We also provide food and hygiene items through our food pantry inside the church. 

• We are founding members of Junction City’s Wheels of H.O.P.E. mobile food pantry and continue to support the ministry with donations, board leadership, and volunteer support.

• We provide meeting space to local social service agencies including the United Way. 

• Throughout the year, we also support the community through one-time events and projects.
